All CPAP Machines include a standard Five Year Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for manufacturer defect within this period exclusively and does not cover accidents, water damage, negligence or damage caused to the device intentionally or unintentionally. We reserve the right to determine the cause of defect and or damage prior to honoring a claim. Warranty is valid for machine and humidifier only and does not include consumables such as hose, water tank & air filters.
Please contact us directly for any warranty claims, we replace the machine with a new unit after confirming the fault.
Machines only need to be returned to our local Australian return address for warranty claims, our Australian freight agent forwards the return back to our USA office at no cost to you.
*We reserve the right to replace a product with another product of the same, similar or greater value in the event the original product is not available.
*Warranty claims are only available to the original purchasing customer. Re-sold cpap machines are NOT eligible for warranty claims.
